Natural Rubber Concentrated Latex

A premium latex solution extracted from rubber trees, boasting exceptional elasticity and purity. widely used in healthcare, adhesives, and manufacturing industries offers superior flexibility and strength.

overview of Natural Rubber Concentrated Latex

Meticulously controlled right from the collection of fresh field latex sourced from smallholders, concentrated latex is pure and ranks among the cleanest raw materials in the rubber industry. Fresh field latex is preserved with added chemicals and then subjected to centrifugation to obtain concentrated latex. Centrifuging the latex is accomplished using a disc centrifuge, which separates the water to get the desired solidified rubber content. The discharged serum can be utilized as Skim block. Various types of latex concentrates with a Dry Rubber Content (DRC) of up to 60% are produced through this centrifugation process. Quality is enhanced by precisely extracting a higher percentage of water through centrifugal (suction) processes. Ammonia is added during the process to preserve and prevent solidification. However, the exact concentration of additives varies depending on the specific requirements of customers.

Our Basket of Natural Rubber Concentrated Latex

Concentrated Latex 60% DRC - High Ammonia (HA)

is a Natural Rubber Latex Concentrate obtained through centrifugation and preserved with a high concentration of ammonia. It stands as one of the most prevalent grades of latex used globally. It produces excellent films with high clarity and exhibits favourable adhesion characteristics when appropriately compounded, making it an ideal binding agent.
Application: Wide application in dipped products such as medical or industrial gloves, rubber thread, balloons, condoms, tubing, and finger caps. Additionally, it serves as an adhesive for various applications such as footballs, bandages, lamination and for binding different types of materials.

Concentrated Latex 60% DRC - Low Ammonia (LA)

is a Natural Rubber Latex Concentrate obtained through centrifugation and preserved with a low concentration of ammonia and other preservatives. It serves as a general-purpose latex and offers several advantages, including improved quality, reduced production costs due to savings in preservatives, acids, and lower costs associated with effluent treatment.
Application: Wide application in dipped products like gloves, foam mattresses, reconstituted/reclaimed leather, balloons, shoe soles, mats and adhesive bindings.
